Shenandoah Valley Storks delivers to Frederick County, Warren County, Clarke County, Shenandoah County, Page County – Brucetown, Clear Brook, Cross Junction, Gore, Middletown, Star Tannery, Stephens City, Stephenson, Winchester, Bentonville, Front Royal, Linden, Middletown, Berryville, Bluemont, Boyce, Millwood, Paris, White Post, Basye, Edinburg, Fishers Hill, Fort Valley, Mauretown, Mount Jackson, New Market, Orkney Springs, Quicksburg, Strasburg, Toms Brook, Woodstock, Luray, Rileyville, Shenandoah, Stanley, Virginia.

Q. When do I need to place my order?
A. Please place your order once the baby is born. Shenandoah Valley Storks takes orders 24/7 with a turnaround time of 24-48hrs. We do NOT reserve birth announcement stork rentals, as babies don’t always come when we expect.
Q. How do I order a Stork rental baby announcement?
A. There are two ways to place your order, via our order now page or contact me by phone at 703-932-1144. Make sure it’s AFTER the baby is born; as we will need the baby’s first & middle name, birth date, weight & length. We also need the delivery address of where you’d like the stork announcement displayed. A contact phone number & the building/gate code (if applicable). No one needs to be home for the stork yard sign delivery and/or pickup.
Q. What is a Grandparent Stork rental?
A. Grandparents are some of the most excited people on the planet when that baby has arrived! There’s a stork rental just for them, it reads “It’s a Grandson/Granddaughter”. Custom Bundles for keepsakes are available as well. But if the entire stork is too much for them, we have personalized grandparent lawn stars that are keepsakes to treasure forever.
Q. How does a baby shower/gender reveal stork rental work?
A. These are both only 24hr rentals. The 6ft. stork is the star of the show at any baby shower! The bundle can be customized for the mommy to be or you can order the basic “The Shower is Here” bundle. The gender reveal stork rental “It’s a BOY/GIRL!” can be customized as well if you wish. The keepsake bundle revealing the gender will be covered in a burlap sack with a pink and blue bow for you to take off for the big reveal.
Q. Do you offer sibling signs?
A. Of course we do! Proud big brother/sister sibling lawn stars are the perfect keepsake to add to your stork announcement yard display. They love having the new BIG status to brag about so let them shine! Don’t forget the fur-babes they are family too! Custom dog bones and cat lawn signs add such a unique touch!
Q. What if I don’t have a lawn to display the Stork?
A. No worries here! We can get creative! The personalized bundles that display all the baby’s stats are the perfect size to hang on the apartment, condo, house, or office door (can ship within the United States). Or if you desire the entire stork with the bundle, we have an indoor stand we can provide to display the stork indoors. (Delivery & pick up for this option would require someone to be there.)
Q. Where is the Stork Rental placed in the lawn?
A. Unless specified upon ordering, we use our best judgment to ensure the most optimal visibility for the announcement to get the most attention.
Q. Can I change the location of the Stork on the lawn?
A. Please DO NOT move or remove the yard signs for any reason as damages may occur at the expense of the homeowner. If you would like or need the sign moved or removed prior to the original pick update, please call me at 703-932-1144 and we will get there as quickly as possible to handle that for you.
Q. Can I attach balloons to the Stork and/or Mow/weed around the Stork?
Please keep all Lawn equipment away from the signs. Weed eaters and mowers damage the signs if contact is made with the sign. Please do not attach anything to the sign, including balloons. When balloons pop, the sun bakes the latex into the sign causing permanent damage. Homeowners are responsible for any and all damages at the full cost of repair or replacement to the storks.
Q. Do you have a return/refund policy?
A. Unfortunately personalized products can NOT be returned for a refund. If an error was made on our behalf, we will gladly fix that at no cost. If the error was made when you placed the order, we can usually replace it at a discounted price. Please call us immediately if an error has occurred so we can attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
